How to add different ranks and change permissions?

So i cant figure out how to add ranks, change permissions for ranks, and add new commands. I am using Fabs source and I know @Ahlwong knows about that becuase he/she (forgot which, sorry) post helped me on it and its on exactly what i need help with. Also, I dont know how to set the ranks. We tried to put the Name = "[P] " + psr.Account.Name; break; code in but it literaly deleted the wServer file when we rebuilt it.
