Hello all!

It has come to our attention that a large number of players are using 'hacked clients' on our private server.

We will now be taking steps to minimize the usability of these clients - as well as adopting a 'ban on sight' approach to hackers on our server. This means that anyone found to be using a hacked client will be permanently banned - no excuses.

I come on for once over the past like 4 months. I just have a question. You are literally fucking Prod ROTMG, which, as a matter of fact, is much bigger than any private server out right now. So you advertise/encourage hacking on a major company's game but not your own laggy server?

I don't think we are 'fucking' prod - as you put it. The hacked client is an added experience, which we do recommend using - to prevent insta-death.

The hacked clients on our server, however, have abilities such as triple shot, and god mode, which are far from an added experience. Instead these cause extra lag on our server, as well as being much more OP than a simple Auto Nexus or Auto Aim.

@Hai Yet its also against RotMG terms of service. Also, tbh, dont get mad, the server lags so much you cant tell if its caused by a hacker or the server itself.

Actually, much of the time the lag is client-side. i almost never lag on server when i'm playing; regardless of which account i'm using.
my internet is good; and my PC is a potato.
hence; client-side issues such as internet connection play a large role.
